Go West! We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Office Administrator to join the Harbour West Marina team.

What you’ll do:

  • Preparation of billings, processing payments and posting deposits, contacting customers regarding delinquent accounts, accept and record monies received for slip/transient dock rentals and /or boat storage rental, and issuing receipts
  • Review gas dock remittances for accuracy and completion; address discrepancies; provide approval
  • Proactively and collaboratively work with the Marina Manager in all aspects of the Marina operation; maintain a professional Marina operation; ensure customer concerns are addressed and resolved with a sense of urgency
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Education and Special Skills:

  • Community College – Administration or related field an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel an asset
  • Strong attention to detail required


  • Minimum 3 years in an Administrative Assistant or related field
  • Customer service experience required
  • Experience in retail administration an asset
  • Experience using marina management software an asset

Salary Range

Starting salary of $50,000-55,000, commensurate with experience.
